Molecor©, Spanish company pioneer in the development of the Molecular Orientation Technology applied to the conveyance of water under pressure, attended the Plastics Pipes XVIII conference that began last Monday 12th and finished on Wednesday 14th of September, in the capital of Germany , Berlin.

Molecor© attended this important event together with a numerous group of companies which participate in the different links of the production chain to debate and share opinions about the latest technics and developments that might be used for manufacturing pipes highly respectful to environment.

In addition to the participation in numerous debates, Ignacio Muñoz, Molecor´s Business Development Director, offered the conference What is new in PVC-O? in which he gave the most relevant and current information related to PVC-O, and he unveiled the different developments achieved by the company along its trajectory.

Among the milestones attained by the company since its foundation in 2006, we can highlight its Genuine Air System, which allows manufacturing PVC-O pipes using air instead of water throughout the full production process, what results in energy savings, the M-OR-P 3180 System with which the company is able to manufacture Class 500 PVC-O pipes up to DN800 mm and the Integrated Seal System (ISS+), that inserts automatically a rubber gasket inside the pipe ensuring a complete and perfect attachment.

Molecor© closed this Plastic Pipes edition with the presentation of the developments achieved during this last year, the M-OR-P 5012 System, that will allow manufacturing PVC-O pipes up to DN1200 mm, and the PVC-O fittings, a completely innovative solution with which the company widen its range of products.
