Molecor participates next 27th of September at the conference “Innovation with Plastic for a circular and efficient Europe in the use of resources” which organizes the Spanish Technology Platform for Sustaining Chemistry, with the Association of Producers of Plastic Raw Materials, Plastic Europe o.r Spain.

The conference will take place at the Hall of the Center for Technological and Industrial Development in Madrid from 9:30 to 13:30 am.

The participation of Molecor in the seminar will consist of an intervention in the first round table entitled: “Eco design with Plastics: innovation driven by the life cycle” explaining how the innovative technology developed by Molecor for the production of Oriented PVC pipes contributes to the circular economy manufacturing highly effective products.

The PVC-O, a 100% recyclable material with which TOM® pipes and ecoFITTOM® fittings are manufactured, is a plastic produced through the Molecular Orientation process and that presents improvements in the mechanical and physical properties of the PVC. This orienting process makes a plastic of a high quality with a laminated structure that endures high tensile strength and which is highly resintant to impacts, fatigue, and offering at the same time, a great ductility.

The innovative technology of Molecor produces PVC-O pipes and fittings of the highest quality, class 500, in an efficient and economical way, using less raw material in their manufacturing than other plastic pipes manufacturing processes with the same pressure requirement of work, This is obtained thanks to the Genuine Air System, which allows greater efficiency and control of Molecular Orientation parameters throughout the entire process.

Molecor, company committed to the environment, has developed these sustainable and respectful products in order to collaborate with sustainable development of the planet, improving the environment footprint thanks to lower energy consumption and with lower CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

Within plastic sector, Molecor stands out for producing the first Oriented PVC fittings: ecoFITTOM®. A global innovation from a continuous R&D process through which efficient and innovative products are developed in order to meet the market needs and with the aim of creating a system rich in technology that contributes to the Circular Economy.
