Molecor collaborates in the International Day of People with Disabilities

The International Day of Persons with Disabilities was celebrated on 3 December. Molecor collaborated with the Adecco Foundation, which carried out a campaign with the slogan "The crisis of the 40s" to raise awareness in order to continue building a more inclusive society and work environment.

In 1982, the LISMI (Law for the Social Integration of the Disabled) was passed, which today has evolved into the LGD (General Law on Disability). Since then, basic human rights have been achieved, such as access to the labour market (LISMI), universal accessibility (LIONDAU) or the right to vote (reform of the LOREG in 2018). In these forty years, the activity rate of people with disabilities, their educational level and their social participation in general have multiplied.

Forty years have passed defending fundamental rights, the rights of 4.2 million people, helping companies, institutions, families and society to break down many prejudices and stereotypes. However, there is still a long way to achieve full inclusion and equal opportunities

On the 40th anniversary of the Disability Act, ambassadors, employees and friends with disabilities sent a message of gratitude and asked us to keep moving forward and not give up.

Molecor is growing sustainably and is committed to diversity and social and labour inclusion.  Our company joins and promotes this project to build a more inclusive society.
