Molecor has been involved in K since 2007, only a year after the company was founded. Molecor reached the K with its Genuine Air System; this system is the base for the Oriented PVC pipe manufacturing process. This involved a completely new milestone in the market and a new process of manufacturing Oriented PVC pipes, the Molecor manufacturing process.
In 2010, the next edition of the K in which Molecor participated, the company introduced the M-OR-P 3163 technology, a revolutionary system capable of producing pipes with diameter up to 630 mm (24") allowing at the same time, saving more energy and a better preservation of resources.
Three years later, in 2013, Molecor presented the M-OR-P 3180 system; a single system capable of producing PVC-O pipes for the conveyance of water under pressure up to DN800mm to 25 bar pressure. Besides this, the company reached the K with the Integrated Seal System (ISS+). This system inserts automatically a reinforced rubber gasket in the pipe, achieving significant improvements.
In the upcoming edition of 2016, Molecor will exceed the limits again presenting its latest technological developments for the manufacture of PVC-O pipes and fittings.
