Molecor© was present in 2007 for the first time in the celebration of the K, the most important Trade Fair of the Plastics and Rubber industry which took place, as usual, in Düsseldorf, Germany, from 24th to 31st of October.

The company, which had started developing its activity just one year before, in 2006, presented to this edition with the aim of showing its first achievements attained during that same year.

Molecor© started to produce and commercialize its first Oriented PVC Pipes of DN 200 mm for transporting pressurized water just a year after its foundation. But what was really remarkable was its Genuine Air System that it had developed and in which its technology and Oriented PVC Pipes manufacturing process are based. This process consists in a dry and clean system that distributes air through the pipe in a specific way, replacing the boiling water used in other manufacturing processes.

The company took advantage of this celebration to explain the system benefits among we can highlight the energy efficiency and the important cost savings. The specific distribution of the air through the pipe allows a lower energy consumption, and the absence of high temperature water involves a greater optimization of resources (since leakages are minimized) and provides a higher security to the operators.

In this way, Molecor© presented in this fair, which had a total of 231.000 attendants from more than 100 different countries, its own, new and exclusive Molecular Orientation Technology which, appart from being completely innovative in the market, it supposed the origin of a new manufacturing process of Oriented PVC Pipes, Molecor manufacturing process.
