The Portuguese Association of Water Distribution and Drainage (APDA) is hosting its National Meeting of Water and Sanitation Management Entities, ENEG 2023. This event is set to take place from 27 to 30 November at the Multiusos de Gondomar event venue, where Molecor, a Spanish company specialising in Molecular Orientation Technology applied to high-pressure water pipes, will be prominently featured as an exhibitor.

With the theme “A Cry for Water!”, this meeting will address the challenges that Portugal faces at the climatic, political, economic and social levels. CEOs, executives and technicians from various entities in the sector will debate and participate in activities such as “The Great Debate” and various roundtable discussions.

ENEG 2023 will also include a spacious exhibition area where all participating companies will showcase the latest equipment, products and services related to the water sector. Molecor will be situated at stand A15, presenting its extensive range of products, including a noteworthy innovation for this edition, its TR6® pipe.

Molecor has just launched its latest product, the TR6® oriented pipe. This innovative product is manufactured using the company’s exclusive technology, offering the irrigation sector a more tailored solution for the needs of farmers and crops.

The TR6® Oriented PVC Pipe, stamped with PN6, is available in a range from 90 to 400 mm of Nominal Diameter. It boasts higher stiffness levels compared to other solutions, offering over 15% more elasticity and excellent cost efficiency, as it can be manually handled and installed up to a diameter of 350 mm. A highly reliable product, it provides exceptional flexibility, corrosion immunity and outstanding resistance to impacts and water hammer effects.

The TOM® pipes and ecoFITTOM® fittings will also be prominently featured at the Molecor stand. Both products stand out as some of the best alternatives in the market for high-pressure water channelling projects. PVC-O, with its low roughness combined with higher hydraulic capacity, serves as a powerful tool for optimising and reducing the operating costs of a hydraulic network. This is a range of quality, efficient products that are environmentally friendly thanks to their high durability.

In addition, Molecor aims to showcase its sanitation products at this event, including its SANECOR® pipes and inspection manholes. SANECOR® Corrugated PVC pipes, available in a wide range, provide absolute tightness and very high stiffness values against loads. Made of 100% recyclable material and ensuring maximum energy efficiency throughout its life cycle, this product demonstrates optimal environmental performance.

With a biennial frequency, ENEG has evolved into one of APDA’s most renowned initiatives, considered one of Portugal's major National Congresses on Water Supply and Sanitation. For this new edition, they anticipate the participation of over a thousand attendees.
