Molecor will participate as a sponsor in the next edition of Nuevo Regadío Forum, which is organized by iAgua. Once again, like every year, all the public and private stakeholders in water management in Spain and Latin America will meet to learn about the new developments in the sector.

On this occasion, in view of the meteorological adversities that the World is experiencing and the growing need to use water for agriculture and ranching, Nuevo Regadío Forum focuses its celebration on two central axis: the efficiency of the water use and the digitalisation of networks.

This event, which will be placed between 26th and 30th June, will bring together leaders in technology, management and planning in the water transport sector in order to transmit all those advances and innovations that are improving the farming sector.

During the second day, and related to the “Efficiency” bloc, Molecor is the sponsor of the “Energy transition in irrigation”, which will start at 12:15 h with the online presentation of geoTOM^® by Marcos Rincón, Head of Molecor’s the Technical Assistance Department.

Rincón will show, throughout the platform, the advantages and functions that the new mobile application offers to installers and users, who will be able to digitise and geolocate their own network thanks to the new QR codes and barcode that the TOM^® and ecoFITTOM^® products include.

The presentation will address the energy consumption supported by the irrigated agriculture and how its reduction will contribute to get a progress of the current situation of the sector, analysing all the possibilities that the market offers to improve the energy efficiency.

As in previous editions, the 2023 edition will be held 100% online from 26th to 29th June. Moreover, the activities scheduled for 30th June, within the “Future” bloc, will be carried out presently at the Botín Foundation in Madrid, with the possibility of attending this day in an online way through the Zoom platform.

During the last day, from 9:00 h, Yolanda Martínez, Director of Environment and CSR, will participate in the round table discussion on Efficiency and Sustainability, an important issue for the growth of the farming industry in Spain.
