Sydney, Australia
Molecor will participate in OZpipe XIX, spin-off of Plastic Pipes XIX, an event that will be held on November 7 and 8 at Dockside, Cockle Bay, Sydney, Australia.
In this event there will be more than 25 technical presentations of experts in the field of plastic pipes from different countries in which the systems of plastic pipes, materials and applications, installation, performance, etc. will be analyzed in depth. Within this framework, Jose A. Galera, ecoFITTOM® Product Manager of Molecor, will inform the participants of the research and processes carried out to develop ecoFITTOM® Oriented PVC fittings, a product of vital importance to achieve uniform and integrated networks free of corrosive elements.
These fittings, the first PVC-O fittings in the world, have excellent advantages that allow them to be manufactured by consuming less raw material and energy and obtaining, at the same time, a product with greater hydrostatic resistance and greater impact resistance than other fittings. In addition to this, ecoFITTOM® exhibits excellent behavior against water hammer, complete tightness and maximum chemical resistance and ductility.
These fittings, which guarantee the total quality of the transported water, can be used in networks for the transport of drinking water, irrigation systems, industrial applications, reclaimed water, fire networks, etc.
